How to Return Your Boo Bear?
To be able to return Your Boo Bear you the customer will be responsible for shipping cost on returning the Boo Bear. All Orders must be sent back in same box, bag , and quality the bear was shipped out in. We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges if these terms are not met. Once We Receive Your Order and terms are met we will refund What you paid for the Bear minus the shipping cost. We will not refund the shipping cost being as we would not be able to get the Money back from UPS our primary shipping partner.
Return Steps:
Step 1 Package all contents in your order back into our box exactly how your received. Email us at Boobearfactory.com@gmail.com that you will be returning.
Step 2 Take your order to local shipping company and pay them to ship back to our address . Boo Bear Factory 969 Dalton Road Riverside Ca 92501.
Step 3 Email us your tracking number for the return , and we will patiently wait for your return to be received and inspected by one of our Boo Bear Specialist.
